Firstly, what does C.F.S/M.E stand for? They both mean the same thing, except the medical profession use one, and everyone else uses the other! C.F.S stands for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (quite a few illnesses come under this heading), and M.E stands for Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (thats why they abbreviate it!).
